This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes what data MVPN (the “Service”) collects when used, how it is processed, and what rights the User has.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and accept its terms. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Service.

1. General provisions

  1. 1.1. This Policy governs how information provided by the User when using the Service is processed and protected.
  2. 1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms their agreement with the Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Information collected

  1. 2.1. The Service may collect the following types of data:
    • account identifiers (login, ID, nickname, and so on);
    • technical information (IP address, browser, device and operating system data);
    • history of interactions with the Service.
  2. 2.2. The Service does not require the User to provide passport details, documents, photographs or any other personal information beyond the minimum required for operation.

3. Use of information

  1. 3.1. The Service may use the information received exclusively to:
    • operate the Service’s functionality;
    • communicate with the User (including notifications and support);
    • analyse and improve the Service.

4. Disclosure to third parties

  1. 4.1. The Administration does not disclose received data to third parties, except where:
    • required by law;
    • required to fulfil obligations to the User (for example, when interacting with payment systems);
    • the User has explicitly consented to such disclosure.

5. Data storage and protection

  1. 5.1. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
  2. 5.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

6. Disclaimer of liability

  1. 6.1. The User understands and agrees that transmission of information over the internet is always associated with risk.
  2. 6.2. The Administration is not liable for loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User themselves.

7. Changes to the Policy

  1. 7.1. The Administration may change the terms of the Policy without prior notice.
  2. 7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new version of the Policy.
